Garfield Health Center is seeking a full time Chinese and English speaking Call Center Representative. Individual must possess a strong work ethic background and have a great positive attitude. We would like someone that enjoys jumping in with the team and wants to be part of a team player environment.
The Call Center schedule will be Monday to Friday OR Tuesday to Saturday, rotating every three months.
Primary/Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Appointment reminders - call patients
Look up missed appointments
Receive phone calls/ Transfer phone calls
Scheduling or Re-scheduling appointments for patients
