We are currently hiring HYBRID Customer Service Representatives in Athens, TX for new classes starting in January.
This is an AMAZING (HYBRID) opportunity with great benefits!
Our client will provide computer equipment but you need a hard-wired internet connection with at least 20mbps download and 5mbps upload speeds. Agents will be required to complete the first week of training on-site and then transition to work from home. Agents may be required to go onsite to the Athens location when needed.
This position has NORMAL business hours, no sales and weekends off. After working for 3 months, you will be eligible to convert to a permanent employee and will receive a $1,000 BONUS!
Hours: Monday-Friday between 8am and 6:30pm (must be able to work any schedule) Pay: $14 - Monolingual or $15 - Bilingual (Spanish/English) PLUS $1 raise after successfully completing training.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The CSR will respond to customer phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous, and concise manner. Provides callers with unbiased information to assist customers with application and eligibility requirements. Accesses, reads, and interprets customers and provides data elements within customer's application.
Performs accurately all data entry functions to reflect customer activity/transactions. Answers customer questions and assists in problem resolution. Assists customers in the enrollment process. Documents all customer encounters in clear and concise logs.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Must be willing to commit to GREAT attendance!
