Job Description
Staffmark is seeking qualified and motivated Call Center Agent to work for a successful and premier manufacturer in Johnson City, TN for their next training class is March 13th! The Call Center Agent will be responsible for providing technical/troubleshooting assistance, general product information, warranty assistance, and parts order processing which requires basic product knowledge of water heaters. Product specific paid training is provided. These positions are Onsite only.
Starting pay is $16/HR.
Possible hours fall between 7 AM - 8:00 PM Monday - Friday; rotational 8 AM – 6 PM Saturday. Training hours will be from 9 AM-5 PM. After training, new hires will start on the 11:30 AM - 8 PM shift.
Next training class is March 13th!
Job Responsibilities of Call Center Agent:- Provides customer service in a fast-paced workplace (an average of 60 customer contacts per day).
- Answering inbound calls and emails as well as following up on previous issues with customers.
- Makes warranty related decisions for water heating and related equipment approximately $1500.
- Work quickly but mindfully with minimal errors/mistakes.
- Maintain a clean and safe work area.
- Other duties as assigned.
- High School Diploma or GED required
- At least one year of Call Center experience required
- Some basic computer skills
- Ability to type proficiently on keyboard
