Feonix - Mobility Rising is looking for a Community Operations Support Center (COSC) Agent to help coordinate essential transportation services for people who need them most, making sure no one gets left behind.
Job Duties
- Coordinate transportation for clients using multiple technology platforms
- Communicate with customers via telephone and email, answer inbound calls, respond to questions, book rides for multiple communities
- Utilize a prepared script to engage with customers
- Maintain professional tone and patience during calls and respond appropriately to all inquiries
- 80% inbound calls and 20% outbound calls
- Book routes in an efficient and cost-effective manner
- Communicate with customers, drivers, and colleagues to resolve service issues
- Report safety and security concerns as needed to management
- Communicate and collaborate with paid and volunteer drivers
- Communicate with customers and drivers to troubleshoot challenges
- Provide technology testing feedback
- Participate in all meetings with Feonix team
- Create and maintain community contact database
- Potentially work a varied 8-hour shift, 24 hours/7 days per week/365 days per year
Qualifications
· Highschool Diploma/GED
· 1-3 years customer service/Call Center experience
· Excellent work ethic, time management skills, and able to work independently
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Strong Active Listening Skills
· Ability to prioritize
· Own a smartphone
· Comfortable in start-up culture
· Possess basic knowledge of G-Suite, Office 365, and Salesforce
· Bilingual, English/Spanish, preferred
Salary Range
· $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
