```Duties:```
- Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance or information as needed
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to promote products or services
- Use phone etiquette to ensure professional and friendly communication with customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Upsell products or services to increase sales revenue
- Perform data entry to update customer information and maintain accurate records
```Qualifications:```
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- in English and Spanish is a plus
- Ability to effectively communicate in multiple languages is a plus
- Previous experience in a Call Center or customer service role is preferred
- Strong sales skills and ability to upsell products or services
- Proficient in data entry and computer skills
