Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Handle inbound calls from clients with professionalism, courtesy, and empathy. Listen actively to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide assistance in a timely and efficient manner.

• Documentation: Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions, including inquiries, complaints, and resolutions, in our CRM system. Ensure that all information is entered correctly and kept confidential.

• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with team members and other departments to share knowledge, address customer concerns, and improve processes. Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment.

• High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in basic computer skills and ability to navigate multiple software applications simultaneously.
