Inbound Call Center Agent Benefits:
- Temp-to-Hire
- $17.50 - $19.00 per hour
- Stable 40 hours/week

Inbound Call Center Agent Responsibilities:
- Complete paid training
- Earn a certification
- Respond to caller inquiries regarding PA driver policies and regulations
- Verify information, convey instructions, and enter detail-oriented data
Inbound Call Center Agent Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one year of Call Center experience preferred
- At least one year of Customer Service experience required
- Data Entry proficiency
- Typing abilities
- Familiarity and proficiency with computer usage
- Must be able to pass a background screening
- Availability to work 40 hours/week Monday-Friday
- Mandatory attendance first 30 days (no exceptions)
- Ideally within 25 miles of Harrisburg, PA 17112
