- Call Center Representatives are expected to make outbound calls to business clients, reading verbatim from a script with the ability to read clearly and concisely. Be able to articulate words accurately with a friendly, energetic tone.
- Basic computer skills/ navigation is a must.
- Must be receptive to coaching and feedback.
- Must achieve Call Center performance metrics, and policy and procedures.
- Fast paced, high volume Call Center. Must be able to sit for long periods of time.
- Call Center experience required.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
- At least 6-12 months of customer service experience required.
- Shift: Monday-Friday 8:45am-5:00pm and 2 Saturdays a month from 8:45am-4:00pm.
