JOB SUMMARY
WorkSource is currently hiring for a customer service representative. This is a Call Center position for a car part distributorship in Lenexa KS. They’ve built a company that values integrity, loyalty, family and fun. Call center experience is preferred but not required. This is an onsite direct placement.
JOB FUNCTIONS RESPONSIBILITES
- Answering customer calls, and responding to questions regarding products and orders
- Managing a customer database system. Appropriate notation and problem solving
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITES:
- Strong customer service abilities. Experience and a proven track record preferred
- Time management skills
- The ability to type 30+ WPM minimum
- Bilingual – English/Spanish, not required, but preferred
- Must pass all applicable background checks
