The impact you’ll have at Concora Credit:
As our Team Lead, Call Center, you will:
- Act as a training liaison responsible for implementing and facilitating specific material.
- Provide floor support, including dispatch, escalations, and fill-in needs.
- Help complete auditing and tracking of departmental opportunities and issues.
- Perform all duties in compliance with appropriate established policies, procedures and regulations.
- Meet department goals and standards.
- Assisted in responding to account-level questions from employees and other departments.
- Manage multiple responsibilities concurrently including Chat Support.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED.
- 12 months’ prior experience in Customer Success, Recovery Solutions, or correspondence.
- Ability to meet critical deadlines.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Flexibility to adapt and a willingness to change.
- Commitment to quality, organization, effective communication and continuous improvement.
- Ability to build and maintain strong working relationships, internally and externally, with all levels of the organization.
- Ability to effectively problem solve.
- Microsoft proficiency required: Outlook, Excel, Word.
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize work, multi-task and meet deadlines.
