Call Center

A Smile 4U is privately owned with locations in Cartersville, Dalton, Decatur, East Point and Hiram. Utilizing the highest quality, state-of-the-art equipment and scheduling technology, we offer multiple specialties under one roof including general dentistry, orthodontics, sedation dentistry, and oral surgery. Additionally, we provide services to both pediatric and adult populations and are dedicated to providing a positive and memorable patient experience for all ages.

Our growing team is looking for a full-time Call Center Representative to help schedule appointments, remind for appointments, answer questions and manage ongoing promotions. The Call Center Representative should be able to handle a high volume of incoming and outgoing calls; should create a positive experience and outcome for each call; should be customer-focused, detail oriented, efficient and polite, reliable, knowledgeable.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
