Job Overview
In this position, you will develop and support in-house CAD software using AutoCAD and other 3d platforms, create detailed drawings for projects, and collaborate with team members and external partners. This role includes maintaining department standards and effective communication. You will report to the Director of Engineering and CAD Services.
What you’ll do
- Create and maintain engineering documentation for projects, ensuring accuracy and adherence to specifications.
- Review team-produced drawings for compliance with project and company standards.
- Contribute technical expertise to commercial architectural designs and theater design drawings.
- Liaise with vendors regarding technical product specifications for project needs.
Qualifications
- Robust knowledge in AutoCAD is a must
- Experience in Revit or other 3D platforms is a plus
- Preferred experience in industries such as Home Automation, Architecture, Construction, or Interior Design, demonstrating relevant skills and knowledge.
- Exceptional communication skills.
