Cadd Operator/Computer Technician

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented CADD Operator to join our team. The CADD Operator will play a crucial role in creating accurate and detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design software. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in drafting, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers and architects.
Key Responsibilities:

• Generate technical drawings and plans using CADD software based on project specifications.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and architects to ensure drawings meet project requirements.
• Maintain drawing files and documentation for easy retrieval and reference.
• Make revisions to existing drawings as necessary.
• Ensure drawings are accurate, complete, and adhere to industry standards and company guidelines.
• Assist in quality control and review processes.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and emerging CADD technologies.
• Will need to be knowledgeable of/willing to learn ArcGIS

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience preferred (Compensation based on experience)
• Proven experience as a CADD Operator or similar role.
• Proficiency in CADD software (AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, etc.).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Basic knowledge of construction and engineering principles.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
• Proficient in English and Spanish, both verbal and written
