Barrington is looking for a CAD DRAFTER to join our impressive team.
What you’ll do:
- Check field notes for accuracy and completeness.
- Process surveys and plans using AutoCAD Civil 3D software.
- Assist in the approval and development of public and private projects.
- Work in conjunction with Engineer/Surveyor on preliminary design of site, grading, storm sewer layout.
- Assist in the preparation of site plans, existing condition surveys, improvement plans, supporting documents, and permit applications for subdivisions, commercial developments, multifamily developments, and public works projects.
What you’ll need:
- Previous experience in civil engineering or land surveying.
- Working knowledge of or ability to efficiently learn AutoCAD Civil 3D.
- Bachelor Degree.
- Self-motivated and team-oriented attitude.
- Ability to successfully represent the company in a professional way.
- High degree of accuracy and efficiently in output.
- Advanced computer skills within Microsoft Office.
- High integrity and core values.
