CAS Cable is expanding into Kanawha County! We are a WV based video, broadband and phone provider serving West Virginia and Ohio for the past 45 years. We are in need of technicians to install and repair cable, internet, and phone services to residential and business customers. Requires willingness and desire to deliver an outstanding customer experience at each and every job. This position includes monthly on call rotation, evenings, and weekends.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Install, repair, and upgrade analog, digital, and data services for residential and business customers.
- Ensure that all jobs are completed to company standards.
- Safely climb poles and ladders and adhere to all safety policies.
- Enter confined spaces while bending, twisting, and reaching.
- Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
- Lift over 70 lbs.
- Keep assigned company vehicle interior and exterior clean and organized at all times.
- Complete assigned tasks in an efficient and timely manner.
- On call rotation - Must provide after hours support in emergency situations.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s), and overtime as necessary.
Qualifications:
- 1 year installation experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent computer skills, electronics, and audio/video knowledge.
- Valid driver's license necessary.
