SalaryWell established remodeling company in Hamden seeking a Lead Carpenter with skills from demolition through finish trim for residential remodeling projects. Carpenter must have vast knowledge of kitchen remodeling and cabinet/crown detail molding installation, as well as window/door installation, sheetrock, tile, and miscellaneous other carpentry tasks. This is a hands on position with jobsite organizational and customer communication skills needed. Carpenter must be proficient in the management of entire project , including materials , labor and all subcontractors. Carpenter must have truck/van and tools. Carpenter must have clean background check (provided by us) as a background is done on all candidates. Carpenter must be punctual and have neat appearance. This position is a full time position with long term employment for the right person. Can be employee or Subcontractor. Salary will be based on knowledge and 30 day trial period is attached.
