Genesis10 is seeking a Software Engineer for a contract with our client in Eagan, MN.
100% Remote.
Technical Skills:
The Software Engineer Principal IT is responsible for ensuring technology solutions are designed to meet resiliency, stability, non-functional, functional and operational readiness use cases. This position is responsible for ongoing development, maintenance, support and architecture of existing systems and platforms. This position provides thought leadership and champions software architecture, Software Engineering best practices, innovative solutioning and Agile and Dev Ops best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Responsible for ensuring technology solutions are designed to meet resiliency, stability, non-functional, functional and operational readiness use cases
- esponsible for ongoing development, maintenance and support of existing systems and platforms
- Provide thought leadership and champion Software Engineering best practices, innovative solutioning and Agile and Dev Ops best practices
- Own technology solutions within area, including proactive monitoring and alerting, technological roadmap communication of overall health and future sustainability
- artner with Architecture, Infrastructure and Security to ensure excellence in solution design and evolution of systems architecture
- Other duties as assigned
Minimum Qualifications
- 8 years of extensive technical experience in variety of application development or package software implementations
- Proven experience of ongoing education related to technology trends within software development and support
- Proven experience with multiple development and support methodologies? Ability to manage work direction and lead, influence, mentor, and provide feedback to others within team
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship
- Master's degree in Computer Engineering
- Experience working in environment with regulatory compliance requirements (HIPAA, PCI, etc.)
- Previous experience working an in Agile/Product Delivery model
- Understanding of security implications of domain
- Previous experience in PBM / health care industry
Compensation:
