• Develop innovative strategies to recruit top-tier real estate agents.
• Conduct interviews and collaborate with agents to attract talent.
• Lead the onboarding process for seamless integration of new agents.

Team Building and Leadership:

• Cultivate a positive team culture that fosters collaboration and excellence.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to enhance agent skills and productivity.
• Implement training initiatives to elevate team performance.

Agent Success and Productivity:

• Establish performance metrics and goals to drive agent success.
• Provide tailored coaching and feedback to improve performance.
• Utilize technology to optimize workflows and enhance productivity.

Business Development:

• Collaborate with the executive team to execute growth strategies.
• Identify opportunities to expand market share and increase profitability.
• Stay informed about industry trends to make informed decisions.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a successful Real Estate Team Leader.
• Strong track record of recruiting and retaining high-performing agents.
• Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of real estate market trends and best practices.
