The Business Systems Analyst will play an integral support role in our restaurant group IT department.

Business Systems Analyst Benefits:

·       Competitive base salary in the $70 to $85k range

·       A Hybrid workweek of 3 days in the office and 2 days remote, if desired -- work-life balance

Business Systems Analyst Qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s degree in management information systems or computer science, or equivalent experience

·       Excellent knowledge and ability utilizing SQL, SSIS, & SSRS

·       Solid experience working in data analytics, data visualization, dashboards, KPIs & metrics reporting

·       Experience with OLAP tools, including IBM Planning Analytics: preferred.

·       Ability to code against APIs using Python for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL)

·       Extensive knowledge of Business Systems, and of basic programming and scripting languages

 

Business Systems Analyst Responsibilities:

·       Leads in supporting data analytics and business intelligence software

·       Maintain great internal guest service mindedness

·       Data integration services around the company data warehouse

·       Customizes of 3rd party software applications

·       Analyze existing business processes in search of productivity gains through automation

·       Performs programming for database, web, and clients as needed
