We are looking for an IT Business Systems Analyst Intern to join our Business Applications team to help support NVIDIA's Software & Services Monetization Program. Engage directly with business and technical partners and help transform NVIDIA's Software & Services business. Gain insights into business strategy and roadmaps. Work with and receive mentoring and training from senior IT professionals.
What you'll be doing:

• Interact with product, engineering & business teams to gather & analyze requirements for the SW & Services Monetization Program.
• Understand cross functional dependencies across several processes and systems to drive Design, functional specifications.
• Work with internal and external development teams to help create scalable and sustainable custom applications and enhancements to packaged applications.
• Help prepare and implement testing plans to ensure high quality results
• Help develop and maintain use cases, process diagrams and user functional flows.
• Help develop roadmaps for the SW & Services Monetization Program and align within IT and with the business.
• Create, review, and maintain high level project plan, detailed functional and technical design documents for functional areas.
• Provide status updates & presentations to both business and technical stakeholders.
• Work under the guidance of Sr. IT professionals and receive mentoring/training.

What we need to see:

• Pursuing a bachelor or masters degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Supply Chain management or Business
• Exposure and/or understanding of Software/Services processes - SW Fulfillment, Licensing Mgmt, Entitlement Mgmt, SW Delivery, Renewal and Upgrade business.
• Experience engaging & working with a variety of technical resources, such as: application developers, content creators, infrastructure engineers and techops engineers.
• Written and verbal communication experience with presentations and status reports
• Experience using Microsoft Office applications
• Demonstrated history of prioritizing customer needs

Ways to stand out from the crowd :

• Exposure to Cloud based systems like Salesforce a plus
• SQL, PowerBI, Tableau and Excel modeling for analytics
• Exposure to back office ERP(SAP) and CRM enterprise solutions a plus
• Project management tools (e.g. JIRA, Git, Microsoft Project)

The hourly rate for our interns is 19 USD - 93 USD. Our internship hourly rates are a standard pay determined based on the position and your location, year in school, degree, and experience.
