Execute all tasks of specified applications including user management, testing, release installation, new enhancement discovery, and vendor relations. Work with business lines to determine technology needs.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Serve as Application Administrator for various applications including the banking core, imaging repository, and critical line of business applications.
- Execution of system configuration changes.
- Serve as subject matter expert for core banking and FIS ancillary applications.
- Work with business lines to determine technology needs.
- Coordinate the testing and release installation of all new application releases for the core system.
- Research all new enhancements and engage in discussions with peers and business partners to determine if the enhancements should be utilized.
- Work with peers and business partners to implement process improvements.
- Serve as the TowneBank point of contact for communications with the application vendors.
- Work with the software vendors to resolve software issues and submit enhancement requests.
- Maintain detailed documentation regarding all implemented enhancements and functionality.
- Provide end-user support and serve as Tier II application support.
- Communicate with and train end-users.
- Support Bank Change Management Process.
- Adheres to applicable federal laws, rules, and regulations including those related to Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
- Other duties as assigned.

- Understand general business concepts and be able to advocate for the business.

- Outstanding organizational skills.
- Ability to lead a team in a project manager or business analyst role.
- Enjoy very detailed research and documentation.
- Have a general understanding of technology.
- Ability to make presentations in front of an audience.
- Experience with Microsoft Word & Excel.

- Bachelor's degree in Business or Information Technology
