Primary Responsibilities:
- Partner with stakeholders across divisions and business units to discuss customer needs, analyze options and determine system requirements that will improve the digital customer experience.
- Document business requirements as user stories for the technical teams to develop and implement.
- Develop understanding of business processes, understand impacts of system changes, and assist with change management processes.
- Document training materials for users to assist with change management.
- Strong written communication skills, especially in the ability to document requests for other teams to take action on.
- Customer experience focus and ability to understand improvement opportunities.
- Understand business processes and the digital touchpoints within.
- Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to work between technical and business teams.
- Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent required.
