YOUR FOCUS (JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES):
• Laser focus on vendor program services performance, driving detailed plans to target outliers and improve overall program health
• Execute new programs, product and services integration as approved by leadership
• Identify, build processes and reporting to mitigate POS fraud
• Work cross functionally to coordinate commission fraud and manipulation mitigation processes implementation
• Work with product teams to implement promotions and coupons within the point of sale system
• Focus on documentation of commission, contest and point of sale activity changes
• Proactively identifies and monitors systems manipulations which includes SKUs, products in POS
• Develop and maintain partnerships with field and corporate leaders
• Implement processes for commission and system manipulation monitoring within our global capabilities team
• Maintain commission master documentation and collaborate on maintaining financials reporting for programs and services
• Manage the commission matrix for field facing information
• Investigates commission discrepancies and manages tickets

YOUR BACKGROUND (REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS):
You are a driven self-starter that is comfortable challenging business partners in a constructive way. You can maintain focus, accuracy, and composure during high expectation / high-pressure situations. We are looking for the Business Solutions Analyst to also bring the following:
• Bachelor's degree in business administration or equivalent experience is preferred
• Proven decision making and problem solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionable insights
• Proven analytical skills
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
● Ability to lift up to 10 pounds
● Ability to sit and stand for long periods of time
