As an IT Business Analyst and Process Engineer:
Work on large, enterprise-wide projects, leading activities and facilitating process improvements.
Elicit, analyze, and document Business Processes and requirements, translating them into user stories in Azure DevOps.
Serve as the primary liaison between internal and external users, translating business needs into technical requirements.
Lead testing efforts, troubleshoot issues, and recommend process improvements, including automation.
Possess a minimum of 7 years of IT business analysis and 4 years of Business Process engineering experience.
Demonstrate expertise in strategic planning, process management, and business systems requirements definition.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical staff, and mentor junior team members.
Proficient in Microsoft Visio, SharePoint, Microsoft 365 Office Suite, and business analyst software tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to various stakeholders.
Goal-oriented, action-focused, and self-disciplined, meeting deadlines independently and in a team.
