This position is responsible for the development, management, and reporting of the Procurement Supply Chain Center (PSCC) Business Plan strategy. This will include leading the development activity with all PSCC management levels for reporting at all company-required Business Plan management reports. This role will have interaction with all levels of management within HDMA including reports to COC.
- Lead Business Plan strategic development and implementation for PSCC
- Oversight of PSCC Business Plan documentation development and management with all impacted members
- Leads all SA activity to ensure all top problems for the center are included in Business Plan creation
- Lead Business Plan follow-up with PSCC division and department leaders to ensure completion to meet follow up report timing
- Identify strategic long-term connection points across PSCC to establish recommendations on approach forward for Business Plan
- Lead cross-functional Business Plan activity with other company centers to ensure linkage of Business Plan execution
- Oversight of development, management and reporting of Business Unit and Center Level Key Performance Indicators and Key Control Points for PSCC
- Correlation with P&S for all reporting requirements
- Establish and implement reporting schedule and documentation with rollout to center management
- Establish the recommendation of the focus points for all quarterly and halfly reports and gain approval from each Business Unit and Center Leaders
- Evaluate and lead reviews with departments to ensure submitted documentation meets Business Plan reporting requirements for quarterly and halfly reports
- Lead presentation development and management to ensure required items for each required report
- Guidance to PSCC associates for Business Plan Development to improve knowledge and skill set for Business Plan management and reporting
- Lead OWBW for Business Plan development, management, and reporting to utilize the most efficient methods for PSCC
- Capture and lead Business Plan follow-up with PSCC division and department leaders to ensure completion to meet requirements for follow-up report timing
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills
Required Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in one of the following areas:
- Supply Chain Management
- Procurement
- Business Management
Required Education:
- Bachelor Degree (Supply Chain, Purchasing, or Business Management) or equivalent experience
