Job Summary:
As a Business Operations Specialist, you will prepare and report business planning and take a lead role in IT security management, overseeing the implementation of protocols to safeguard company data and systems.
Additionally, you will be responsible for the end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
Principle Responsibilities:
Business Plan
Annual business planning (P&L and Balance Sheets)
Quarterly Forecast of P&L and BS
Monthly performance analysis of business units
Control budgets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather input and ensure alignment with company objectives
Reporting and Documentation
Prepare detailed reports and documentation for headquarters, summarizing key business metrics and performance indicators
Respond to HQs ad hoc requests (inventory and AR aging, etc.)
Collaborate with various departments to collect and compile relevant data for reporting purposes
IT Security Management
Maintain e-mail security and internal portal
Oversee and manage IT security protocols to safeguard company data and systems
Collaborate with IT teams to implement and monitor security measures
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in IT security
Payroll Processing
Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations
Collaborate with HR to gather and verify payroll data
Address payroll-related inquiries and discrepancies in a timely manner
Job Qualification:
Bachelors degree in a related discipline (Business major concentrating on accounting and MIS)
2~3 years of experience in business planning and forecast
Must possess a good command of MS Excel and PowerPoint
Need to write business analysis report in both Korean and English
Prior experience in payroll processing and compliance preferred
Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
