Come Join our Growing Team as the Business Office Coordinator.
Duties:
- Order and maintain proper office supplies for all department employees.
- Assist with potential resident follow-up as directed by Executive Director.
- Answer all calls coming into the community utilizing approved messaging.
- Prepare and send new hire paperwork to the Corporate Business Office Director for employees.
- Create and Maintain employee contact lists for each department and update daily.
- Create and maintain vendor list according to community and needs and update.
- Create and maintain a resident rooster that indicates where residents are and update daily for each department.
- Manage the sending of New Vendors and all invoices for the community to the Corporate Business Office Director.
- Complete monthly training announcements as directed by the Executive Director for all departments.
- Organize and maintain all employee files, ensure all information is current and up to date.
- Manage and complete resident personal needs accounts with appropriate DOH required forms.
- Develop and send welcome gifts for all new hires, employee anniversaries for all employees from the community.
- Manage the posting of all employees needed postings.
- Print out and prepare and disperse employee paystubs weekly.
- Prepare and organize Marketing packet info for the community.
- Ensure that the Front lobby area is clean.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
