PSI Pax, Inc has an exciting opportunity for a Mid Level Business Office Analyst to support our government customer in Indian Head, MD.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Under general supervision, support operations of the NAVSEA Navy ERP Business Office, assist in coordinating events, providing business process and ERP solution support, providing data management support, responding to inquiries, and troubleshooting/resolving/and or escalating technical issues. Specific tasks include:
- Support project business and financial management. Support the development and maintenance of budget information.
- Provide support to the government in property management by maintaining records of equipment/supplies and supporting periodic internal audits.
- Support presentations and associated materials (e.g. speaker notes and handouts), and assist with preparation of conferences, workshops, meetings, web meetings, seminars and teleconferences including providing up to ten conference lines supporting over 50 callers arranging meeting facilities and necessary supporting audio-visual and recording equipment, development of agendas, announcement letters, coordination of attendees, and provision of meeting minutes and action items, as required.
- Provide communications support.
- Prepare and maintain the necessary electronic mailing lists and announcements to notify potential attendees for meetings.
- Arrange/provide subject matter technical expertise/facilitation for meetings, presentations, inquiries and action item resolution.
- Provide records management support.
Required Qualifications:
- Secret Clearance. Candidate selected will be subject to a Government background investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.
- Must have demonstrated analytical skill and senior level administrative skills.
- Navy ERP experience and particularly in financial management is desired.
- Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Must work well independently; have the ability to interface with customers in senior/executive level positions.
Education Requirements:
Four (4) years of experience supporting business operations.
Bachelor's Degree or an additional four (4) years of experience can be substituted for degree
