HOW BI MANAGER WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
- Serve as team lead for small BI solutions team; provide guidance and mentorship to analytics team staff.
- Collaborate with team members to develop reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI and other products as required.
- Provide ad hoc analysis as needed and work with data providers and ETL developers to normalize data and ensure data integrity.
- Develop and maintain data governance and documentation including user manuals; provide training assistance as needed.
- Bachelors degree or higher
- 8+ years of hands-on experience with data visualization , ETL functions and data modeling
- Hands-on expert experience with Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Microsoft Power BI and Cognos
- Candidate must have resided in the U.S. at least 3 out of the last 5 years
- Candidate must be able to obtain a CMS Public Trust.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Experience with IBM Case Management System (ICM) or Camunda workflow engines a plus
- Previous experience with fraud detection with the CMS Center for Program Integrity (CPI)
