The IT Business Intelligence Developer Associate will work under the direction of IT Leadership to be the technical backbone of information management for the Hendrick Health System. This role will have the primary responsibility of building and maintaining the data analytics solutions that are a key part of the Hendrick strategic plan. Candidates will understand the power of reliable, quality, timely data solutions to deliver key improvements, and they will have the technical knowledge and initiative to turn data analytics use cases into useful solutions. This position is specifically designed for those who wish to build data analytics solutions using industry-standard tools.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum Education
- Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college program or technical school; or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum Work Experience
- 2 years total experience required: which includes 2 years of equivalent work experience in a technical analytical position in a data management environment; which includes 2 years of analytics and report writing experience using technologies such as Business Objects, Crystal Reports, Tableau, Microsoft SQL Server (or other RDBMS), Microsoft Analysis Services, Microsoft Power BI etc.; which includes 1 years of data warehouse and data modeling experience; and which includes 1 year of Credit for Certification.
