This is an opportunity to join Chubb's newly formed BI & Visual Insights team within North America Data & Analytics team and drive a new approach to providing BI across Chubb business segments. This role places equal emphasis on impeccable BI & Visual Insights development/ delivery (technical skills) and exceptional client, project, and stakeholder management skills.  

As an Analyst you will be joining a dynamic team with complementary skills to provide best in class solutions for BI and Visualization. An ideal candidate will have strong drive to excel in providing end to end solutions with little guidance, under leadership and mentorship of more senior BI & Visual insights team members.

In this role, you will: 

• Lead end-to-end development and production of KPIs, wireframes, and delivery of final dashboards in consultation with key stakeholders. 

• Analyze, develop, and maintain Data and Reporting Applications in collaboration with data engineers. 

• Lead solutioning of business problems through technology  

• Query Azure cloud data warehouse using SQL and Data analysis tools 

• Design visual wireframes based on business outcomes and KPIs 

• Create and maintain accurate and auditable reports and dashboards using Qlik Sense and Power BI 

• Work with the Finance team to maintain and enhance the financial reporting platform 

• Collaborate with other departments to understand systems and business data and develop BI and Visualization insights for various businesses across Chubb 

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, economics, or similar quantitative field 

• 3-5 years of experience designing comprehensive BI solutions and Visual Insights using QlikSense and PowerBI.  Tableau experience can also be considered if open to training on QlikSense and PowerBI. 

• Exceptional client and project management skills with strong emphasis on stakeholder management and end to end leadership of assigned projects. 

• Self-starter with an eye for detail, very strong communication skills, can independently set and manage competing priorities. 

• SQL & Excel proficiency, Proficient in running SQL Queries.  

• Demonstrated analytical ability in a data-intensive environment 

It would be a plus if you have: 

• Experience with Python/R, particularly in data modeling or insights. 

• 1-2 years in a consulting capacity delivering technological solutions to non-technical end users. 

• Experience with Azure SQL Server Data Warehouse. 

• Understanding of/interest in database/cloud architecture and data modeling. 

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies. 

• Experience with FIGMA and passion for visual design. 

• 1-2 years of insurance experience
