Form of work The Opportunity:
Reporting to the Manager, Operations Finance Reporting & Insights, as the Sr. Analyst FP&A CoE, E2E Reporting & Insights, you will be a part of the Budgeting & Reporting team within the End to End (E2E) Finance FP&A Center of Excellence (CoE) group. You will support and create data visualization initiatives, enhance reports, provide analysis and insights, and evaluate results for the E2E organization. This is a hybrid role, which requires some onsite work. #LI-hybrid
The Role:
* Support the digitalization of E2E Finance reporting by developing and implementing report dashboards that enhance the way E2E Finance Business Partners meet the needs of the E2E business, within the policies and governance of Corporate Finance. Transform existing excel reporting by integrating data consolidation and visualization tools such as QlikSense and PowerBI.
* Generate descriptive, predictive, and prescriptive insights and evaluate results that meet the needs of the E2E Finance Business Partners to support decision making and management of business performance.
* Collaborate with E2E Finance Business Partners to identify new/improved metrics and reports that support the Business Partners and the E2E business to make better decisions and more effectively manage its performance, as well as to maintain the lifecycle management of rolled out dashboards.
* Responsible for providing accurate, comprehensive, and timely information regarding E2E month end results (OPEX, FTEs, product costing, etc.) of a manufacturing site. Ensure data integrity, governance processes and metrics lineage, and manage all finance master data and associated security requests for the E2E organization.
* Develop and continuously improve knowledge of reporting and visualization tools (i.e., Power BI, Alteryx, and UiPath). Participate in evaluation of potential tools of the future for insights generation, advanced analytics technologies, and conversational analytics to be added to the automation roadmap.
* Participate in the FP&A Community of Practice across the CSL Group to provide support and insights, learn from colleagues and to maintain consistency of practice while delivering to stakeholder requirements.
* Support global projects such as those generated from Finance Innovation and champion ongoing process improvements that drive operating efficiencies in E2E Operations.
* Provide back up and support to the PBF team to help manage the planning requirements in BPC.
Your Skills and Experience:
* Bachelor Degree in Finance, Data Analytics or related discipline; MBA or other advanced degree in related field desirable. Professional certification (CPA/CMA) desirable.
* 3 to 5 years' experience in finance, data analytics, or similar roles including global financial reporting and analysis required.
* Experience in BI and AI tools, cost accounting, capital investment, and global scientific/pharmaceutical industry desirable.
