Job DescriptionThe Business Intelligence department is currently a lean, high performing, cross-functional team. We are seeking a talented and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst to drive data-driven decision-making and enhance operational efficiency within one of our operational departments.
As the Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing data, developing insights, and supporting strategic initiatives that improve financial performance and streamline operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, assist in report development, and contribute to the overall success of our healthcare system. The BI Analyst will need to function with descriptive and diagnostic skills that support the 4 pillars of analytics which include descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analysis.

+ Engage in a collaborative team environment focused on delivering actionable insights and driving continuous improvement.
+ Partner with internal stakeholders to develop and execute data-driven strategies that optimize financial performance and operational efficiency.
+ Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in the establishment of targets to measure success and track progress over time.
+ Implement and enforce business logic controls and procedures to ensure the accuracy, integrity, and security of operational data.
+ Analyze and report on trends seen within the business through BI tools and ad hoc analysis.
+ Communicate findings and recommendations to internal stakeholders that tailors communication to the listener
To succeed in this role, you will have:
+ Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in analytics role; preferred experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, Business Intelligence, or finance.
+ Advanced Excel skills are required
+ Proficiency in SQL and Power BI; Preferred experience with data visualization tools
+ Excellent attention to detail
+ Business understanding; finance (P&L) experience preferred
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $46,971.35 - $74,607.00 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
