As a Business Intelligence Analyst I, you will drive efficient operations within a line of business by analyzing business processes and data to provide business insight. You will analyze complex business problems and issues using data to provide insight to decision makers. You will implement process changes and process improvements that are sustainable and repeatable. This position will also consult with business stakeholders and participate in cross-functional teams to address business issues and participate in identified business initiatives and project delivery. Finally, you will collaborate with Business Intelligence developers to suggest insightful supplemental visualizations and interactive data offerings. We are looking for a candidate with strong critical thinking skills and a desire to learn and grow.
Basic Qualifications
+ At least 5 years of total combined related work experience or completed higher education, including: 1 year of business analytics work experience 4 years of higher education and/or additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job including:
+ Bachelor's degree in Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Accounting, or Supply Chain Management, or related field
Preferred Qualifications
+ At least 1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, Tableau, PowerBI, or another Data Visualization Tool

+ Must live in or be willing to relocate to the Kansas City area Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations

Responsibilities
Articulate key process flows and stakeholders
Describe and manipulate data sets, sources, and structures
Gather requirements and manage multiple inputs and priorities
Develop reporting to make data more meaningful to business initiatives
Analyze data quantitatively and qualitatively and communicate findings
Identify root cause of problems with reports or data sets within the domain
Collaborate on data quality conditions and monitoring with domain business subject matter experts

Hiring Range: from $19.66 to $48.08 per hour; from $40,900 to $100,000 per annum. May be eligible for equity.
Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.
Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

8. Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
