What you are doing as a Business Intelligence Analyst:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources to extract meaningful insights.
• Develop and maintain complex SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data.
• Design, develop, and maintain Crystal Reports to present data in a clear and visually appealing format.
• Create and modify report templates and layouts as needed.
• Transform raw data into actionable information through effective data visualization techniques.
• Develop interactive dashboards and executive summaries for stakeholders.
• Verify data accuracy, completeness, and consistency in reports and dashboards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to data discrepancies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
• Communicate findings effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Maintain documentation of report designs, data sources, and SQL queries for future reference.

What you need as a Business Intelligence Analyst:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Proven experience in data analysis and report development using Crystal Reports.
• Proficiency in SQL with the ability to write queries for data extraction and manipulation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of data visualization tools and techniques is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.
