Position Overview:
As an Immigration Sales Assistant at Vasquez Law Firm, you will play a crucial role in engaging with potential clients who are seeking Immigration Legal services. Your expertise in immigration law, combined with your ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish will enable you to build trust with prospective clients and guide them through the process of choosing the right legal solutions to meet their needs.

$35,000 - $45,000

• Immigration Case Management: Assist attorneys in preparing and managing a wide range of Business Immigration cases, including H2B visas, PERM labor certifications, NIW visas, TN visas, and more.
• Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional bilingual (English and Spanish) customer service and keeping clients informed about their cases.
• Legal Document Preparation: Draft and review legal documents, including forms, petitions, and correspondence.
• Research: Conduct legal research and analysis to support attorneys in preparing immigration cases.
• Sales and Marketing: Assist in marketing and selling our Immigration Legal services to potential clients, demonstrating your expertise and building relationships.

• Bilingual Skills: Proficiency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with clients.
• Immigration Experience: Prior experience in Business Immigration law, including H2B visas, PERM labor certifications, NIW visas, and TN visas, is strongly preferred.
• Customer-Focused: A commitment to providing excellent client service and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with immigration laws and regulations is a plus.
• Sales Ability: An aptitude for marketing and selling legal services is ideal.
• Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously.
• Team Player: Collaborative attitude and willingness to work closely with attorneys and support staff.
