Business Finance Senior Analyst
Do you have experience in Financial Analysis and want to work for a company that positively impacts the wellbeing of the individuals it serves? In the Business Finance Analyst role, you will help this company in its commitment to serve others by auditing all areas of the finance operations to discover inefficiencies and recommending improvements to the business model.

• Understand the business process management of the company to learn the strengths and weaknesses of the company's financial situation
• Must be proficient in both accounting and financial analysis
• Develop and maintain dashboards and key metrics to monitor the financial performance of an Operating Group
• Assist with monthly review and analysis of financial results with recommendations and action steps to deal with variances
• Analyze, evaluate and interpret data - actual to budget, forecast and LTM
• Build and maintain strong relationships with members of the finance team and the business partners that we support
• Participate in rate setting process and analysis
• Provide training and support to Business Finance Analysts

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance and a minimum of 5-7 years of related experience preferred
• Must be highly organized with the ability to multi-task
• Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills
• Strong Excel skills
