What youll be doing:
- Manage marketing operations
- Establish and implement marketing initiatives
- Support with negotiating contracts with managed care companies, government agencies and other payers that ensure optimal reimbursement
- Participate with the management team in strategic planning activities
- Assist with hiring needs and manage the Applicant Tracking System
- Work collaboratively with clinical staff to assure consistent message to the customers and the community
What were looking for:
- A passion to serve and help others
- College degree, preferred
- Previous experience as case manager, social worker or sales, preferred
- Access to reliable transportation
- Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and restrictions in home health services
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
