Job description
Our client is seeking full-time Entry Level Inside Shipping Consultants in the
business-to-business sector. Focused on Business Development, we are seeking
candidates who are driven, competitive, hard-working, and have a strong desire to
win.
Shipping consultants do three things daily:
1. Prospect for new business (This does include cold calling)
2. Run Business meetings
3. Activate New Accounts

shipping customers. Last year we worked with
customers on more than 30 million shipments. Our client offers the broadest
array of services in the shipping industry including working with UPS® to provide
customized small package and express services.
Requirements:

 Communicating articulate ideas clearly and concisely in a variety of settings
 Professionalism, energy, motivation, positive attitude, enthusiasm and
integrity
 Outstanding collaboration, presentation, and communication skills
 Professional written (including email etiquette), verbal, and non-verbal
communication skills

 Technology and computer skills are a must, especially in MS Office.
Preferred Qualifications:
 A well-developed pattern of leadership, achievement, and competitive skills
 Track record of attaining challenging sales goals and managing accounts
 0-5 years of Business-to-business, outside sales, and cold calling/canvassing
experience preferred
Compensation:
 Base salary (Not a Draw)
 Monthly Commission – residual structure and uncapped
 Fast Track Bonuses
 Achievement Bonuses
 Opportunity for quick advancement (Shipping Consultants should be on an
ownership track within 5 to 7 years)
 Successful 1st year Shipping Consultants can expect to make between
$75,000 and $95,000. Beyond that Earnings increases can be exponential
based on performance. There is no cap on earnings.
All Qualified Applicants will be considered. College Diploma
including an associate's degree preferred, however, it is not required.

Salary: $45,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
