Job Description: Account Manager – Residential Real Estate Solutions

Position Summary:

As an Account Manager, you'll be the bridge between Moving Station and Real Estate brokerages/agents, fostering strong relationships and building a network of "champion" agents who embrace QuickBuy®.

You'll play a pivotal role in driving business growth by:

· Collaborate with leadership, sales, and marketing teams at partner brokerages to create win-win initiatives.

· Equip agents with the knowledge and tools they need to confidently present QuickBuy® to their clients.

· Identify and cultivate key individuals within partner companies who champion QuickBuy® and drive its adoption.

· Represent QuickBuy® at industry events and leverage your expertise to generate leads and secure listings.

Your Qualifications:

· REQUIRED: Active Residential Real Estate license.

· Bachelor's degree (ideally in a business/communications-related field).

· 5+ years of experience in Business Development, account management, or territorial sales (Real Estate industry preferred).

· Proven track record of building strong client relationships, problem solving and exceeding sales goals.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills.

· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

· Entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for driving innovative solutions.

· Experience managing teams and working effectively under pressure.

· Extensive knowledge of Real Estate contracts and transactions.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and a sales CRM platform (preferred).

· Ability to work onsite/hybrid in our downtown Chicago office.
