Who You Are
Our dynamic Business Development Team excels in lead generation, prospect identification, and seizing new opportunities, positioning Brand ID for sustained success. As the Business Development Research Analystyour primary responsibility will be to maintain all research related to our industry.
In this role, you'll be expected to thoroughly research & stay up to date with the industry, identify new areas of business, analyze market trends, and maintain all account research fields in Salesforce.
Your Responsibilities:
- Strategize & optimize the Business Development Research Process
- You will report directly to the Business Development Manager & lead initial research processes
- You will support the collection & analysis of data
- You will be expected to understand brand account hierarchy, including researching & maintaining this information in Salesforce
- Details such as Owner, Operating Partner, Licensee
- Maintaining & updating data on Google Sheets and Salesforce
- Researching & analyzing new business opportunities for Brand ID
- Working with LinkedIn Sales Navigator to pull necessary data including brand information, persona types, & industry lists
- Staying up to date on industry news
- Understanding market trends & communicating this information with the Business Development & Sales team
Job Qualifications:
- Likes to conduct in-depth research
- Likes working with spreadsheets & entering data
- Interest in how brands operate including brand ownership, holding companies, operating partners & licensees
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field preferred but not required
- Expert in Google Office products, specifically Google Sheets
- Proficient in Salesforce
- Proficient in LinkedIn Sales Navigator
- Analytical & eager to learn
- Passionate about our industry & identifying new areas of business
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
