Aviation Customer Service Representative

Are you interested in the aviation industry; and do you have experience or interest with Customer Service? As a Customer Service Representative, you will work in a team environment, working with flight crews and passengers. We are seeking motivated individuals who can provide superior service to our customers.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Deliver a proactive, personalized service experience to private and business aviation clients.
• Answering phone calls and emails
• Work closely with pilots, crews, and fellow employees.
• Assist pilots and passengers with a variety of needs as well as record guests’ needs in a professional manner.
• Marshall aircraft into and out of parking. Greet Crews and Passengers.

Coordinate and direct ramp movements for arriving and departing aircraft.

• Effectively communicating via air-to-ground radio and ground-to-ground radio, in addition to other forms of communication.
• Educating customers on available services, promotions and programs.
• General light duty to include day to day cleaning of the facility.
• Capable of lifting up to 25 lbs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age, high school diploma or GED
• Aviation experience preferred but not required
• Have a valid drivers license with a good driving record and pass all background and security and drug checks.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Maven by Midfield is a 24/7 operation. This position is staffed from 6:00am till 9:00pm seven days a week with rare after hour needs.
• Willing to work varied hours, including weekends, holidays and occasional overtime as needed.
• Customer service experience a plus.
• Positive team player, highly motivated self-starter with demonstrated leadership qualities.
• Strong emphasis on safety
