Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative to join our team. As a Business Development Representative, you will generate new business opportunities, writing grants, RFP response and build relationships with potential clients. Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients and qualify leads, writing RFP response and Grant applications.
- Identify and understand client needs and requirements
- Schedule appointments and meetings for the sales team
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for lead generation
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our system.
- Follow up with leads and provide exceptional customer service
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments
Skills:
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong sales skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to effectively communicate and build rapport with clients
- Experience in technology sales or related field is preferred
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Experience in outbound calling or inside sales is a plus
