Business Development Representative

Primary responsibilities of Business Development Representative:• Meet and exceed sales quota by executing our sales system.
• Communicate and build relationships with customers, clients, and centers of influence using face-to-face, phone, or e-mail
• Being able to make cold calls is a must.
• Build stronger relationships with potential clients.
• Update sales routes and marketing activities (a client list is provided but continually changes)
• Update information in our contact management system
• Attend trainings and meetings
• Participate in professional associations and networking events
• Coordinate marketing activities and events
• Set up weekly lunch and learns and promote continued education courses.
• Valid driver's license (to drive the company's vehicle during business hours).
• Successfully pass a background check.
• 3 + years of experience in outside sales a must. Must have a proven track record of successful sales experience.
• Existing relationships with property managers or with insurance professionals is a plus. Existing relationships with contractors & builders is a plus.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
