Business Development Manager- Staffing Industry

Marcum Search LLC the National Recruiting Division of Marcum LLP is recruiting for a Business Development Manager and a Senior Manager (due to expansion/growth), from the recruiting/Staffing Industry with a specialty focus in the Public Accounting sector.
In this position you will actively manage and service the professional service needs, (audit, accounting), for a regional portfolio of clients, execute sales, organizational, & marketing/advertising activities. This role requires an accountable visionary that can positively influence the long term sales pipeline provide world class vendor relationship management, participate in the annual sales planning and projection process. This role requires a dynamic sales professional with exceptional client relationship skills, and proven success in Business Development execution initiatives. Business Development expertise within the recruiting/Staffing Industry sector is required for consideration.
