Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Bilingual Business Development Manager located in Pinellas Park, FL. The Business Development Manager will manage and develop new and existing relationships with clients, sell staffing solutions to companies, negotiate contracts and agreements, and meet or exceed sales goals. They will work closely with hiring managers and recruiters to understand the needs of employers and job seekers and develop customized solutions to meet those needs.
Qualifications
- Sales, Business Development, and Relationship Management skills
- Experience in the staffing industry or related field
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and organization
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience with recruiting, human resources, or talent acquisition is a plus
- Fluent in Spanish and English
