You will be responsible for:
- Achieve Swift Response Time: Contribute to a speed of less than 3 minutes for new inquiries, showcasing your rapid and proactive approach to connecting with potential clients.
- Build Customer Rapport: Employ your convincing and outgoing attitude to build a strong rapport with customers, aiming for at least a 30% close rate in turning inquiries into qualified leads.
- Drive Contact Rates: Work towards an 85% contact rate on all inquiries, demonstrating your unconventional easygoing attitude when reaching out to individuals involved in motor vehicle accidents.
- Accurate Verbal Recap: Demonstrate your effective communication skills by accurately recapping facts verbally during calls, ensuring clarity and understanding.

Qualifications:
- Sales Experience: Must have previous sales experience, showcasing your communicative and upbeat attitude towards achieving and exceeding targets.
- Tech Proficiency: Basic understanding of Excel and email platforms such as Gmail, coupled with the ability to type notes while engaging in phone conversations.
- Educational Background: High School diploma, GED, or equivalent, with sales background being a plus.
- Computer Literacy: Must be computer literate, proving the ability to multitask and navigate various systems efficiently.

Quintessa operates seven days a week, assisting clients from 7 am to 8 pm daily.
Employees enjoy a five-day workweek with two days off.
Weekend responsibilities are rotated among employees, with a preference for candidates willing to work every weekend.
Three available shifts accommodate different preferences: No Remote work available all shifts are in the office.
