Business Development Coordinator (BDC)

at our DODGE location in Bath, PA

Job Summary: 

The Business Development Coordinator (BDC) will assist the sales department in supporting customers to find the vehicle that is right for them.

Responsibilities:

• Answer customer calls and establish follows-up with sales appointments.
• Respond quickly to internet, phone and live chat inquiries using email, scripts and templates.
• Provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources.
• Follow up with leads that are not ready to make an appointment or no-show.
• Participate in team and process development sessions – keeping positive relationships with teammates, sales teams and dealership management.
• Utilize CRM tracking system daily.
• Maintains professional appearance in accordance with company dress code.

Qualifications/Skills:

• At least one (1) year in related field of customer service experience; automotive related a plus.
• Excellent team collaborative attitude and eagerness to work with others.
• Excellent verbal/written, interpersonal and customer communication skills. Bilingual a plus.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Maintain a clean and neat work space and uphold Brown-Daub standards at all times.
