Description:
The Business Development Consultant (BDC) contacts all leads from multiple sources to set sales appointments and follows up with customers to ensure an excellent customer experience. This role plays a large role in ensuring a smooth and excellent customer service experience with our sales department.
What you'll do:
- Manage a high volume of customer inquiries by phone, email, text and chat.
- Respond to Internet Lead Service Requests.
- Ensure quality customer service through professionalism and timely responses.
- Serve as liaison between customers and the service department.
- Assist in generating daily reports and logs as requested by management

- Maintain a current knowledge of coupons, direct mail pieces and all service advertising sent out by the manufacturer.
- Follow up with "No Show" Customers.
- Confirm daily appointments.
- Follow up with all service customers to ensure they are happy with their service experience.
- Meet daily guidelines given in regards to set appointments, shows, and outbound calls.
- Contact customer based on current marketing incentives and recommended services for vehicles.
- All other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
What we expect:
- Maintain a valid Georgia driver's license with an acceptable driving record
- Submit to a background and drug screen
- Ability to build rapport with clients with a friendly but professional demeanor
- Excellent phone, organization, written and oral skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel and outlook
- Motivated and a positive attitude
- Call Center Experience preferred
- Dealership Experience preferred
