Business Development Coach

Location: Remote
Job Qualifications:

• 10 years + experience as a Business Development professional with general or professional staffing agencies.
• Proven track record of sales success to drive growth
• Effective communication to guide business owners.
• Active relationships with the NYC IT Staffing industry are highly preferred
• experience helping team meet sales performance based on KPIs
• Experience with growth into new markets, acquiring new customers
• Knowledge to create roadmaps and strategic plans outlining the steps to achieve growth objectives

Job Responsibilities

• Involves coaching the company's business owners to achieve sales goals.
• The candidate will be responsible for helping in strategic planning, sales, and business planning to develop and grow the company.

COMPENSATION: Coaching, 80/hr. + 10% payout of the net profit for all referral account

Job Type: Part-time

Salary: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
