Job Qualifications:
- 10 years + experience as a Business Development professional with general or professional staffing agencies.
- Proven track record of sales success to drive growth
- Effective communication to guide business owners.
- Active relationships with the NYC IT Staffing industry are highly preferred
- experience helping team meet sales performance based on KPIs
- Experience with growth into new markets, acquiring new customers
- Knowledge to create roadmaps and strategic plans outlining the steps to achieve growth objectives
Job Responsibilities
- Involves coaching the company's business owners to achieve sales goals.
- The candidate will be responsible for helping in strategic planning, sales, and business planning to develop and grow the company.
COMPENSATION: Coaching, 80/hr. + 10% payout of the net profit for all referral account

Salary: $75.00 - $80.00 per hour
